凭证信息
1. 订购成功后，我们会通过E-Mail将[电子票（Voucher）]发送到您的邮箱，您也可以登陆会员中心，在订单详情中查看[电子票（Voucher）]。
2. 请在旅行当日携带确认的［电子票（Voucher）］和有效身份证件到指定地点参加活动。
3、[电子票（voucher）]包含了产品使用方式、服务联系电话等重要信息，请仔细阅读。
4、如您预订成功后，在48小时内没有收到[电子票（voucher）]的邮件，请拨打电话联系我们的客服。
重要条款
提前7天可以退改，退还总费用的70%
如多个旅客同时购买，只能整单办理退订，无法单独退订。

Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 10 days of tour date. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
Only handbags/camera bags are allowed on the flight
Must have a valid photo ID (i.e. - Passport or Drivers License)
Flights can accommodate passengers in wheelchairs, but advance notice is required
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. Individuals who book for only 1 passenger will be required to pay price for second passenger directly to operator upon check-in
Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat
The airplane can hold between 1 - 5 passengers as long as weight limited is not exceeded
Weight Restrictions:
PER PASSENGER - Due to weight and balance restrictions, the maximum weight per person is 300 pounds (136 kg)
PER PLANE - For groups of three passengers, total passenger load may not exceed 600 pounds (272 kg)
